Only if the offer is accepted. What if it isn't? The buyer is in the same boat as us...speculating. What if Jared wants more than the buyer is willing to pay...then in that case, your right...there is no buyout, and there may not be. Nobody is going to buy EESO stock, including the buyer....with that uncertainty.
