You are correct that we will most likely get screwed with the R/S and then more shares being issued. I'm still deciding if I should sell and buy back after the split but with my luck they will have some great PR and I would kill myself. Besides the Agneda trial they could also release something about Tesatexal or Ganite. I would think they will try and keep the price from dropping after the split. We have to remember that everyone at Genta also owns millions of shares and everytime the stock goes down they also lose money
Holder, the large shareholder longs may also be in a buying strategy to keep the R/S under 1-100. So do not write off their buying here completely. They are the seasoned bio-tech & drug investors who have a deep knowledge of the industry. They just may be playing their cards right in this case, we just may be the one's who are wrong on the long term and even half right on intermediate term. Ya, never know...you might fall in love with this stock too.
