Thanks More, that explains alittle more. I'm sitting with 1100 shares in a 401K. Bought a few different specs at the bottom, including BAC, C, & GM. I had planned to just to sit and wait on these, but prepared to get out, if need be. Thanks for your help.

With Ackman holding so much stock,it's hard to fathom a situation where he would allow the commoms to be cancelled-much the same as the Pilgrim family owning so much PGPDQ stock..

Bill got more than the three buck fair value and sold low 20's...HHC still doing fine...I see GGP moving into 30's by end of year.
