Have to wonder how the CDC feels about having a public company that is non compliant with SEC filings and all these unresolved issues as the primary manufacturer and distributor of their BED incidence test. I'll bet they aren't happy a bit.
I'll also bet that the new UAE distributor now wishes that their letter of credit from last year HAD NOT been approved.
But who know maybe those 50,000 rapid oral tests they got back in 4th quarter were all sold at enormous profits and their reorders will benefit Calypte (Hmm maybe that should be Marr Group now)in the future.
I'll bet Adel Karas has a deer in the headlights look right now. Probably wishes he was back monitoring earthquakes.
Dick Deitz (now ex-CFO) I think figured out he was brought in to play the Dick Harper (at Globodyne) role in "Fun With Dick and Jane" and quickly exited after 2 and a half weeks. (Or maybe Dick was told his salary would be the same as CEO Don Taylor's when he joined only to find out after he came that Don was working at no salary).
Calypte getting what they paid for in this management group.
Actually its better than paying $ 500,000 a year for CEO who brought us Panamanian and BVI investors who reneged on subscription and Mineseeker order and who projected 4.593 million in 2007 and 15 million in 2008 in sales.
Do feel a bit sorry for Dr. Richard George and Dr. Ron Mink who actually contributed to Calypte rather than just using it. IMHO at least.
Sad to know that the entity known as Tony Cataldo keeps being put in charge of one failing company after another only to suck it dry and leave it withering in the sun after he is finished. See his latest escapades at Green Street Energy, GSTY.
Unfortunately their website site is down now. (Does this sound familiar to anyone?)
