Not quite. Used tire products have been put into asphalt roads for a long time. There are so many producers that the only way Magnum is going to get beyond the "series of meetings" stage is to offer them cheaper than anyone else--and that would have to be really cheap. Do a Google search.

The company is undoubtedly trying to create hype in concert with the pump site. I would say the bulk of the interest is coming from BestGreenPennyStocks and the non-news news items coming almost daily from the company help convince new investors.
