Sorry, didn't mean to imply that I'm disagreeing with you per se, and I'm unhappy with what's occurred as well.

I'm hopeful though and will defend our Democratic way of government as much as people will complain about those WE put in office (who, furthermore, are also from OUR educational system and society).

In my opinion, we only have ourselves to blame, and we'll only have ourselves to praise - not the 545.

Put another way: those 545 didn't just appear like a rabbit out of a hat...
