Well, not finding much about the merger that we already don't know in this 10K, and everything that is outlined can be found in the Subsequent Events section. To be honest, this 10K really only goes into detail about IFRX for the year of 2008 (as it should). We are still going to be dependent on PRs and/or future filings to get a better understanding of the merger and Irus Group. Share structure has not changed at 17.7M however I anticipated that and don't expect it to change until they issue the additional shares as outlined in the merger 8K. Still very bullish on this stock, however we just need mgmt to start giving us some more details.
