Jonsie. I read the language of the release. I know what it says and I know what it means. I am correcting other people's misinterpretation of that release. The release does not cover causes of action that arise from events occurring after April 6.
People may not know it but there is actually a pretty good set of rules that are used to interpret legal instruments and provisions that are not as clearly written as they should be.
