They might've been hired before the press release. On this board and elsewhere, there was a good deal of talk about financing by mid-summer, and the expectation that it might be an issue at the shareholders' meeting. Wham-bang...the PR comes out just before the meeting.

Cytogenix needs a couple million to get the DNA lab up and going before clinical trials. If they don't have financing now (or very soon), it seems timelines will just be pushed out further and further...

I've never seen anything that appears like infringement of the Cytogenix patent. Sure, you get lots of Google results. But remember--ssDNA is a broad term--it refers to any single stranded DNA.
