Carnes had a consulting agreement at the start of EESO. There is a SEC filing for his company that describes it. It appears the EESO shell came from him, but it is difficult to say for sure the CUCO (original ticker) came up with a bunch of scams put out by Soes power also and had some very dubious things happen at the start. Pretty stinky.
