puffyk: It's not about the SHARE COUNT, it's about the integrity of the management team. Unless, of course, you think them lying over-and-over about reducing share counts while they are INCREASING them is nothing to be concerned about.

1. I was in when SPNG was a small company long before they became a big company. Finally I invested in the birth and a big company and made a lot of money when it became big.
or
2. I wish I had invested and held when SPNG started to grow when small and before they became a big company.
People say they wish they invested in the early start of big companies. Yet many who say that would never have the patience to invest long term when small to see it become big.
I couldn't have said it better Puffy!! Remember this is an OTCCB company with millions in sales and profits.. These guys actually have products on the shelves and on TV.
