Intel is not just doing this. They already DID it. Itanium has had this since launch.
The reality is that for a really succesfful security effort you need to reengineer the OS. Ever wonder why longhorn is so tough?
I never said it was a bad feature by the way. I said YOU were way overhyping it. It is not a catch all for anti virus and while Mike maybe selling this to his customers, I really doubt most people GET what this even does. I think they see enhanced anti virus and go "Huh?"
