LOL... COPI will file the 10K today.... and... while it will not be a nice read... we already know they are NOT filing BK anytime soon, and that COPI is still selling Teleblock, and the economy seems to be rebounding a bit, and the ATT and Canada accounts should add considerable revenue to the company, therefore... COPI is fine.... and I still think the acquisition/merger may occur...
