well, the truth is, we had a smaller home just north of here that we fixed up, and my own hubby and our realtor didnt like that i wanted 30k more than they thought we could get (it was during the boom then)..

so, i asked for 30 days to prove them wrong.

i listed it for 30k over value, got it, no strings attached. and that helped us get this one.
