fly, the SEC is only involved in civil matters; so, the SEC does not have the authority to put anyone "behind bars".

You would need to contact the DOJ for criminal matters.

I disagree with you as I don't believe JQM is a crook but, either way, please start posting more accurate information if you are going to post or at least ask for assistance, instead of posting inaccurate info on a regular basis.
