phil, in my eyes, this is an excellent move. if anything could possibly force some pin action, this is it. we need to face reality, it cant get any worse, can it? no one can sell anything, so, as far as i would think, thats about worse case scenario. i know the proverbial saying, you dont incur a loss till you sell, but, we cant even do that. oh, sorry, sure we can if we do it at market and get .0000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 per share. i guess to some, thats something at least. That is Splendid news for some and not so good news for others.. The IRS and Governmental agencys at times will on occasion allow those that have committed wrongs to come clean and right themselves. Forcing Lumb and the gang to report, honor its Statements is something that may be afforded in best case scenario. However IMO. shackles, fines and no HGLC. The IRS is ALWAYS the fall back to snag those that perpatrate harm on American Citizens. it is the most cost effective way to bring down the bad guys is thru IRS felony tax evasion charges. ie: You claim you had a loss on your taxes last year, however You have 11 million dollars in your bank recently wired in, live in a 14 million dollar house and Sell USED camera batterys On E-bay as your primary source of income? hhhhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmm they will think.. It will take the wheels awhile to move. However, I am confident that the Wheels of justice have moved already being that a BlackOut from the Company is now in full swing.
