UPC, I didn't use the word "moot" to escape from the argument. I used it appropriately. The first post to which I responded said:

That's when I first claimed that there is no longer any point of arguing over things like EM64T (I also included NX/XD) when Intel already has these features in the silicon, and they can enable them before Windows 64 ever hits the shelves.

You argued that NX/XD capability comes out in Sept-Oct, but given the point of the argument - that Intel should feel horrendous pressure by H1 2005 - your comment really does come across as moot.
