Buzz Inc is currently in negotiation to provide broad spectrum financial services across Asia. This will include Equity, FX and other online trading.

Looks like the negotiations are over. Seems they started a new venture and this http://twitter.com/buzzfs is part of marketing and seems to be working out.

PS: Your right no shares had to be sold for this just like no shares had to be sold for any of the other things Low6er posted.
