Is anybody seeing the pattern here, and what it represents?
Water treatment...... Idaho, Montana, EPA, offshore markets.........
By definition the EPA has the lowest standards for water quality in the country. All states with their own standards have requirements much more stringent than those of the EPA.
Only two states do not have their own standards and therefore fall back on the low standards of the EPA by default. Guess which states, ... Yep ..... Idaho and Montana.
So if you have a system that you can't sell anywhere else in the country because it doesn't measure up, where can you sell it? Where do you have to restrict yourself to?
Doh! I guess Idaho ........ Montana ....... and let's see ........ somewhere out of the country with even lower standards.

No wonder it has no other value than a front for a stock printing swindle.
