Very interesting info. I thought that anybody can buy an Itanium Chip if they want one. Since my belief is "wrong", do you have a link to verify your statement? That would certainly enlighten me.

His point was Intel doesn't make I2 systems for sale
directly to an end user. Therefore no one would ever get
a machine for evaluation from Intel. You know perfectly
well what the thread context is so I can only conclude
you are either obtuse or deliberately being difficult.
