It is true that issuance of shares has slowed to some degree recently. We may even speculate that the "torrent" of shares in the past had a lot to do with the failed trucking venture? Unfortunately we have no way of knowing exactly what the case may be.

What we do know is that the authorized share ceiling will soon be reached if the pattern continues. What the company does at that juncture will be critical to the share price. Are more shares inevitable? I think so. I do not think that it is necessarily a bad thing at this stage in the companies development unless it is done without a concise explanation and a detailed plan for the use of those shares.

If it is done behind closed doors as in June, 2003 we will see buying opportunities at less than 1/2 of a cent once again.

All my opinion, of course.

dilution is dilution. My investment shrinks, so why would I invest more into this company?
