#46 RE: Seahag #42

I know what you mean about being locked in. I have a few thousand shares which I bought a few weeks prior to the January meeting on the open market, but have many more on the debenture. I tried to buy all of the remaining shares at the meeting, but they wouldn't let me. Instead, I met with Mr. McBride the following morning, at which time we had a valuable business discussion. After our meeting he agreed to let me buy additional shares. I am extremely greatful for his time and sharing his insights, as well as the opportunity to participate in the debenture.

It's important to note that we were lending the company money, and they needed our cash, just as we wanted stock, but the stock was trading at $3.00 at the time, and showed a very promising future. The chance to buy at fifty cents was obviously a great opportunity. Personally, if I could sell mine today, there's no way I'd do it. The future looks VERY bright!! I only wish I had more shares!!
