upc, that could be. Dothan does pretty good on clock speed, though, similar to A64. We won't really have a good comparison of bulk 90nm vs. SOI 90nm until AMD's 90nm is shipping for a quarter or so.

Right now we know that the NetBurst architecture flamed out pretty quickly. Jury's still out on Intel's 90nm bulk.
