However, Linux pressure is certainly a factor. Microsoft is acting a lot like a bloated beomoth. Perhaps I should dump their shares after the cash distribution in December.
The Microsoft of old was small, lean and hungry. I think that
it's gotten older with spouses, kids, and vacations.
BTW, Valero Oil earned $4.56 a share in Q2. They've already
earned $1.35 so far this month. They'll probably make at least
$12 a share this year and maybe as much as $17. When I think
about techs and my oil and natural gas playes, I kind of shake
my head.
The techs are more volatile and you can make a lot of money in
a short period of time but the oils and ngs have been a lot more
reliable this year.
