Of course I can. Maybe you should call Mark Faulk or Bill Frizzell. They'll tell you the same thing.

You do raise an interesting point, though. Since the company does have around 40K shareholders, they actually ARE obligated to report to the SEC, even though they don't trade. Interesting paradox, but for now the SEC isn't pursuing that angle.

Remember deli dog had to get SEC OK to sell blocks of shares , Do you remember????? SEC is still investigating him.

Sure I "remember". What you evidently don't know is that the SEC is now suing him. He didn't need to get "permission" from the SEC to sell stock; he needed to be a registered broker.

And: FPRT doesn't have 40K shareholders, so your point, whatever it may be, is moot.

cmkx is no longer a public company, janice is correct. FRPT is being deleted thats worse than delisted
