tqtran

Thanks for your posting, we appreciate

I just worry about De Santis personal consideration by wanted to much money if its the case instead of having 45 million shares time .42 he will probably stand with zero at the end with big problems, he will also screw all of us at the same time.

It look like he gave PGYC the work to promote H2O and when the bag of money appears he wants to get the control back and cash $$$.

You can’t always get all the money for yourself when you do a little part of the job
creating is one thing and selling in that case is an other one.

They are not a Canadian Corporation. They are listed on the Quebec Enterprise Register:

and the State of Delaware:

tqtran Patriot Energy is a Delaware Corporation. I'm certainly no expert in business, but let's assume they have a subsidiary company in Canada. Going by a company I'm invested in (First American Scientific Corp., a Nevada corporation but headquatered in Delta B.C.) their subsidiary is not listed in the federal database of corporations but if you do a B.C. business search you will find their subsidiary First American Scientific (Canada) Ltd.

Here is the link to that: https://www.bcregistryservices.gov.bc.ca/nro/nro.htm?_flowExecutionKey=_cA0753781-C4C1-5373-3E17-52FEA879E8DF_k3512AC42-5181-4706-DF0D-EB9DBE2FFB3D

Unfortunately I was not able to make sense of the Quebec business website so I couldn't even try my hand at taking shots in the dark as to what Patriot Energy's subsidiary (provided it exists) would be named.

This link might help get your started in QC. http://www2.gouv.qc.ca/entreprises/portail/quebec?lang=en
