Yes it does but its mostly obscure mpeg encoding benchmarks and odd games(unreal tournament64), You can do hand rolled code pretty easily but the point I am making is that people like Oracle, Microsoft etc. aren't shipping anything x86 optimized yet(commited yes, shipping no). THere are very few x86 commercial apps shipping and the linux distributions are complicated as is usual with linux.

AMD has done pretty well with HPC(which is hand rolled code) but for UPC to be claiming that Nocona 64 bit performance sucks is silly. One rumour, one website. There are hardly any 64 bit benchmarks and few that run on both yet. UPC obviously has no idea what the real performance is. I doubt that people that know could comment anyway:)
