Well, Makamai, there are only two ways to read your continuous posts to Fsmith. Either you keep asking because you're genuinely looking for information or better understanding--in which case I feel it's helpful for me to point out to you that all the official verbiage regarding that purported $15 million is in the PR and the 8-K...or instead you're trying to rail on Fsmith--in which case that's not too constructive. I'm trying to assume the best in that you are looking for more information regarding that supposed $15 million in financing. In that case, I'm pointing out where you can find all the official wording. If your intent, as you're implying, is only to rail on Fsmith because you disagree with him/her then obviously I can't help you there.
Keep in mind that Fsmith is/was a shareholder who appears to be looking for more information and answers just like many other investors here. All the dead-ends given by the company which they're trying to pass off as "transparency" isn't exactly helpful to anyone who is trying to do real DD.
