GuitarHero dude,
1. Who is the website for? If Jared has been working this
buyout a lot longer than what is public, I would venture to say it was put on hold. Will that make the company more money as they have seemed to do alright with the personal customer relation building?
2.Audited financials are coming at the end of the third quarter.Their TA is auditable by the SEC now. Will that make the company more money on the bottom line?
3. We know the projected sales for the whole year. Why do I need to know one particular sector of that total? Do you know what the sales are for the beef company that sells to McDOnald's? Fully reporting Fortune 50 company there. Does making sure the shareholders know the WowGreen Sales make the company more money?
4. We have had complete access to the share structure until recently when the TA was gagged for the buyout. It is a good question-ask at the conference call or email/call. Does making sure the shareholders know this make the company more money?
5. What do we need to prove an association? A picture of Jared and the Dow reps there oh yeah we have a witness (ThurstonHowell3rd) that Dow representative was in Korea. Maybe there isn't discussion about it because there are negotiations going on.... Do large companies always broadcast who their suppliers are and exactly what contracts are made with them so there competitors can see all the details? Making sure the shareholders know the exact relationship with Dow, will it make the company more money?
6. They put out information when they feel it is substantial enough to warrant it. Period.. Not to appease day traders, flippers or insecure investors. It is a company conducting business like big people do--not some childish game. That is how they take care of shareholders.
7. I kept repeating the one question because that is really what matters during a growth/business development stage of a young new company. Everything should point back to the bottom line. Shares of a company are only sold for one purpose--TO RAISE CAPITAL FOR THE COMPANY. The higher the PPS then the more the MARKET CAP is for the Company--the more $$ can be borrowed against it etc... Doesn't seem to be a massive effort by the company to drive the PPS up does there? What does that tell you??? The don't need the friggin' capital from SELLING SHARES now anymore... Jared's focus has been on the company and new sales and that is how he takes care of shareholders in my opinion. That is what makes the company more $$ which is eventually reflected in the PPS.
Sorry for the long post but you asked,
