thewinningstock, a security is only worth what someone ELSE is willing to pay for it, period....no more, no less, that is the only value, what it's currently worth on the open market.....in most cases, there is already a forward looking premium built into the share price, since very few Cos trade at book value.
saying "MDOR is worth several dollars a share" is certainly not true ("is" being present tense)....."MDOR **might** be worth several dollars a share", or "I believe one day MDOR will be worth several dollars a share" would be a more accurate statement, since then your opinion would not be contrary to a known fact that is not true (in this case, saying "MDOR **is** worth several dollars a share, right now is worth less than 1/3 of several dollars a share, unless you can show the Co has a net worth of like $100M on their books, and is trading at a huge discount).....
