That is a hard one to answer.

On one hand yes R/s being voted dawn most of the time is a good thing.

On the other if we do not R/S the there is no 12m loan as we would be in breach of contract.

We have to work with GNTA day to day and see where it goes.
( that's why stocks like GNTA are not for most people)
