I haven't been able to find any good info on Ness, just the nut job stories about the scam and end of days stuff. I have seen a few articles mention some actual acquisitions of producing wells in the Texas area, but I remain cautious with what little information is publicly available. As for the Isreal talk, I find it hard to believe that the country is sitting on reserves of 5-50 billion barrels and no one has drilled anything yet. I haven't seen anything to support that Ness has any real assets of value, but I don't have access to the same things Raley has or what has actually been put in front of him. Most likely Bristol brought this deal in front of Raley gift wrapped, but once Raley opened the box and started researching what is in front of him, he may be finding that Ness is in fact a Ponzi scheme. The lack of News is a good thing in my opinion, it shows that Raley is in fact looking into things instead of just signing on the dotted line, or using caution. But we'll have to wait and see, I don't know anymore than anyone else does.
