I am aware of ur post and u r exactly right. If there are possible contracts available that have been already budgeted, then I wuld hope 2 get them. 1st priority will b minority owned businesses, then the rest. Many people r feeling EXPH should go after newly budgeted contracts, ie stimulus $, but that $ will come witht the strings I mentiond earlier. Look at the "shovel ready" stimulus $. No $ will go to businesses unless they are union or pay prevailing wages. The BHO admin has made that clear. We wuld have to get "earmarkd" $ for contracts from the congresswoman and she may b reluctant to request, plus since she isn't a Demo-rat that will b troublesome. But u r correct, but it wuld have to b money from prior budgets.
