Yep, responsibility's all mine. But I think this one's a pure winner. I've done some digging on my own..yeah there are a couple negs...but look how its going. We'll see in 6 weeks. By the way, I'm retired Army and have been investing my retirement check since 2000 and I'm only 50. Plus I'm fully vested in Alaska a an adjunct in the teacher's union AND now I work in Kazakhstan/Russia (7 years in May). So this isn't my first and only deal I've got working. I'll retire in good shape. Just a little earlier when this goes through. Making a slight adjustment to the price now since it jumped into the .03's.
