* SEC staff recommends updated uptick rule proposal which would apply to all stocks

* SEC staff recommends bid test, where shorting would only be allowed on 'up-bid'

* SEC staff recommends 3 circuit breakers to curb short selling

I have no doubt whatsoever that any rule
changes will have NO EFFECT at all on this
stock, "especially" for most if not all
on the otcbb. Those things which will make
the stock climb upwards are NOT rule changes
by the SEC. The company "must" increase
revenues SIGNIFICANTLY. MMs are not going to
move the share price upward just because of
SEC rule changes...common sense, imvho.
I wish Aero lot'sa luck in this "niche"
business with TONS of competition...but it
don't look good at all.

Great information DonMauri.

In the future, it will be VERY difficult to Naked Short this stock.

Anyway, the MM's and hedge funds that are so anxious (witness the negatives all the time) will have to cover the BILLIONS IN NSS in AERO.

May God have mercy on them!!!!!!
