What changed in the Oil and Gas sale, Same people running it,Same Name, They managed to get rid of the 20 billion shares tied to it and the shareholders, Added around 4 billion authorized to the Mining Div. most likely to pay for any expences needed to do the deal. And someone posted we should be waving a Flag for the good deads they are doing?

The only info I got is that the new company is a already trading company that is not trading on the pinks but above and that it will change its name to Franklin O&G! That´s all I know!
