That is correct:

If they cared about the shareholder, why do a reverse split? If they have the revenues as they say, why not buy down the shares and cancel them off when purchased? I know cash is the key, but it would keep up shareholder integrity and new buyers would scramble in. It was just wishful thinking...any thoughts?
