First I don't think it was the company who brought down the share price , why would they do that,? in contrario some people decided to take action on the conversion and manipulated the price to be able to try to get the maximum shares after conversion of the PREF C, but now the company is coming up with this 10 % max cap and the results % are getting better every month,
so now the race is on from somewhere to raise the PPS in order to get a manageable float .
these coming 2 weeks might be interesting, if this scenario will unfold ,the lucky ones will be the ones who are buying now at this level ... or the ones who can convert quite rapidly ..
in a long term IMO we should be fine,( if the results are still coming positive and growing interest ) the critical point was 1 week ago but it looks like a strategy is now in place for the short term
again this is My opinion only ..

IMHO, the idea of "bringing up the share price" is a possible slippery slope. How slippery depends on what is being done to bring up the share price. There are two ways to do it. First is smoke and mirrors using nothing but the share structure. Second is to actually accomplish something that will make someone who does not own any stock in this company want to buy some. They have posted good trading results for three months now. I don't know what to think if someone doesn't step up to the plate and give them some real money to trade with soon.

All MHO,
