In todays climate, its about the only way that WNBD would be able to obtain financing.

The Lowes logo has been on the WNBD website for about a couple of months now. If Winning Brands had no right to place it there as a sales outlet, or make the claim with a reasonably detailed memo to a PUBLIC forum by the CEO, I'm sure we would have had a fairly menacing 'cease and desist' correspondence from the Lowes legal beagles by now. Don't you think?

I mean come on...have you really not seen WNBD's products selling on the shelves of several national canadian mainstream retailers???

And do you really think Lowe's has some strange affinity to WNBD's products that would somehow preclude them from wanting to carry their products???

Does Lowe's not want their customers to be able to buy what could one day become the worlds top selling stain remover product??

And as far as your 504 explaining goes I guess you missed the part where WNBD is actually driving revenues & beginning to show strong signs of growing exponentially from here...or do you not believe the recently announced deal with IGA Australia is a sure sign that WNBD has begun to expand its footprint globally???

Rest assured if Lowe's didn't green light the use of their logo on WNBD's website IT WOULDN'T BE THERE...as WNBD is on the cusp of expanding into the United States retail market...& with all their already confirmed mainstream canadian retailers already in their stable do you honestly believe WNBD would be stupid enough to risk their global expansion by placing the Lowe's logo on their website without their approval. Think about it b4 responding now;)

I remain optomistic that the share price will someday see a .01+ , but the "discount" provision of the 504 shares is ONE reason so many are able to "protect the bid" and get shares under the ask ... the financiers have a market, and make their 25-50% profit ... that also keeps constant downward pressure on the share price, hence the selling into strength we always seem to see...imo ... but, Eric knows he can fix that with revenue "updates" so that we know we can overcome a common problem in these penny markets...gl
