The cash changing hands happens when their are deliverables, when milestones are met in any contract. Some milestones are paid at the beginning of a contract if specifications are met, deliverables, or a showing of performance are shown. A contract is never paid upfront in full. Why would a company pay in full contract when they havent recieved all of their products. If you have any concerns about inventory then I'm sure i can dig that up and teach you something. As of now I havent seen an argument that is valid from you except show me this, show me that and its shown to you and you move on to the next thing until its proven again. Your knowledge of how businesses are ran is concerning to me. Are you sure you should be trading in stock? Try mutual funds or bonds. You will have a safer bet and make money.
