We've got power....
This is a strong board...a lot of savy people on board. Our rights were won in the world court.
We are a United States Corporation...we have recourse legally.
This is a united board. I am sure we could run a strong campaign to fight for our rights. One of the best ways is through media and the courts. Test if we have power, does DAN answer our emails...is he concerned? How did they treat you guys at the ERHE Convention? Being on a discussion board like this is an organizational tie for stockholders...and this is one heckofa great board. We fight amongst ourselves a little bit...but down deep, we are very united. This ability to correspond and keep up-to-date with each other gives us an advantage to fight for our rights if need be. Many stockholders are not united by a board like we are...we are a more dangerous, tougher target. Go ERHE and thank God for IHUB.

I do mean that this board has more influence on ERHC than most realize.

Best example was 'Whiteboard-gate'. After a poster on this board discovered that the writing on the board could possible have intent and then that issue was discussed at length on Investorhub the company came out and made a public statement regarding the board and its meaning.

There have been other examples when Keeney or others have made statements that look to be in direct response to hot topics on this board.
