I use Zecco and I like them. They won't steal your shares like BOA. I suggest paying for Gainskeeper. Zecco's buys are 4.50, sells are approx 7.50 (4.50 plus sales fees that other brokers bundle into the commission). Their customer support is superb.
I use Zecco and so far I really have no complaints. The $4.50 transaction fee is low enough that it does not kill you to make a lot of trades. Of course that fee is charged on both the buy and the sell.
When I first funded my Zecco account via elect transfer they held the funds for a few days before crediting my buying power. They also did that the next couple times but after that most of my funds transfers complete within 1 to 2 days.
