The difference is that any company who wanted to receive a fair share price, would simply make their financials/share structure available to investors. The share price could easily rise 100 fold with transparency.

Waiting for "uplist/merger" is complete lunacy.

This company could be audited in 4 hours and uplist if it was its' intention.
