Rocket - yes it is a late filing. BUT AWFULLY LATE. I guess my question to the board is:

1) Does he need to file at all? Because its a pink...

2) If he needed to file - why so late? I dont like that if he needed to do something and then be late.

3) If he DIDNT need to file (because he is a pink) why is he doing it?

Anyone have an opinion? Thanks Board.
