This is what I got from TDA today:


The position for RENOVO HOLDINGS is pending completion of a mandatory name change. At this time no set date for completion has been indicated for delivery of the new shares. Once new shares are received, TD Ameritrade will update to reflect the position as BEBIDA BEVERAGE CORP (BBDA). The previous update indicated that the depository has received information that the new shares are anticipated for this week, but no guarantee as to when. The update today indicates the security is not going to be handled electronically and will take longer as we will be waiting for physical shares. Please feel free to status for updates as needed.
