Trade - I usually put in .0001 orders for stocks when the bid is at .0001 or higher and hope for a dip. Usually when a stock dips though it is because of dilution or someone getting tired and selling out. Hopefully others will buy up the cheap shares and the bid will return and the stock moves up. I usually don't buy stocks with an ask of .0001 unless Gail tells me to LOL.
