Jessme, I disagree. But only on timing.

I think that if management were to buy on the open market right now, it would convince most that nothing is imminent.

I certainly agree that they should have been buying for a while now. But to buy this close to ASCO would send a bad signal.

jessme you will not see PPHM Management buying shares on the open market because the stock is on the verge of a "Reverse Split". PPHM is headed for a 1 for 10 RS....probably this summer if not sooner. Read the SEC Filings...listen to the last few Conference Calls.

Also PPHM is likely (as per their most recent Filings and CC) going to start selling shares on the open market. They may be selling as we speak. Most investors do not buy while Dilution is on going.

So we have a company Diluting the last shares possible under the current share count. The same company has every piece in place to execute a Reverse Split after they have bled the current Capital Structure dry.

Management being the architect of the above facts are not very likely to be buying any stock on the open market.
