pretty ridiculous rumor, you know.
why would Simon in it's current financial condition, having recently done a dilutive secondary offering to get their own debt in line, want to assume 27 billion in new debt, and at 7/sh be inclined to pay 70 cents on the official dollar for GGP properties ?

whats possible however is for GGP to start
