Yaacov has a LEGAL Fiduciary Duty to attain profits for his shareholders. Essentially he has ensured the complete opposite , again with no explanation or compassion whatsoever.

All this after many held five years on average when A/S was lower by an order of magnitude and long before anyone could possibly see a ROI. Sounds a little fishy to me bro...
