I adjusted "MY" DD sticky to address your concern but as WE ALL KNOW, when a company passes this stage it is only a matter of time before they are officially traded on the BB...

EI is now fully reporting, which is the main concern, NOT what exchange they are on...

So while technically "ETNL" is not "uplisted" due to FINRA's delay tactics as an MM accumulates shares from weak holders, MOST traders recognize that uplist is "approved" and are just waiting for the "self-regulating" FINRA to approve the trading ability to a higher exchange by the company MM....

Hence the question "Does the company trade on PS as well as the OTCBB for a day or two once approved by FINRA?"
